Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if the entrepreneur has begun with the performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly consented to the entrepreneur beginning with the performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their knowledge that by their consent they lose their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and immediately accessing the digital content, you expressly agree that we begin with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of the performance.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
